For model & talent agencies

Stop scrolling
through a thousand
submissions to find
four faces.

We run the Meta and TikTok campaigns that put your agency in front of the right people, and we screen every application against your board criteria before it ever reaches your bookers. You open your inbox to a shortlist, not a pile.

New faces, screened

Every agency we speak to has the same two problems at once. Not enough of the right faces walking through the door, and far too many of the wrong ones filling up the inbox.

Paid social is the only channel that reaches people who never thought to apply, and screens them before they reach you. It is the most effective way to find models in 2026.

The old routes

The routes agencies already know, and where each one stalls.

None of this is new to you. What changes is the machinery behind it.

i.

Street scouting

Where it stalls

A scout's day out returns a handful of conversations, most of which never answer the follow up. It does not scale, and the approach now reads as a scam to anyone who has been warned about fake agencies.

What we run instead

Ads that show your bookers, your studio and your address, so the first impression is verifiably you. Applying is free and we say so in the ad.

ii.

Open calls

Where it stalls

A casting date is only as good as the queue outside it. Filling that queue is the actual work, and a quiet Saturday costs you a whole weekend of booker time.

What we run instead

A campaign built around your casting date, with a booking form and reminder sequence so the people who register actually turn up.

iii.

Boosting posts and hashtag submissions

Where it stalls

It brings volume, which is not the same as talent. Someone on your team then spends hours sorting DMs, and the good ones get buried before anyone replies.

What we run instead

A screening form that filters on your criteria before the application lands, so the sorting is already done when you open the sheet.

How it works

Four steps from first call to first casting.

We build the system, you approve it, and applications start arriving. Your bookers keep doing the one thing we cannot do for them: deciding who to sign.

01

Set the criteria

We sit down with your head booker and write the hard requirements for each board: height, age range, city, availability.

02

Build and launch

Campaign, creative, landing page and screening form, wired to your inbox or CRM. Ads go live in days, not months.

03

Screen every applicant

Anyone outside your criteria is filtered out automatically. The campaign learns from the ones who qualify and finds more of them.

04

You cast and sign

Qualified applicants arrive in a shared sheet with photos, stats and socials. You invite the ones you want to see.

The shortlist

What actually lands on your desk.

  • a.Full length and close up photos, taken to a brief we give the applicant, so you can judge on the first look.
  • b.Height, age, city and availability, answered before submission and checked against your board.
  • c.Their Instagram or TikTok handle, because reach is part of what clients are booking now.
  • d.Every applicant confirmed they applied to your agency by name, not to an anonymous casting list.

Trust

Built so your name stays clean.

Aspiring models have been warned about fake agencies for years, and rightly so. Everything we put in front of them is designed to prove you are the real thing.

i.

Free to apply

Stated plainly in every ad and on every page. We never run a funnel that asks a model for money.

ii.

Your face on it

Real bookers, real office, real address. The people applying can see exactly who they are talking to.

iii.

No promises made

We never advertise guaranteed work or earnings. Overselling costs you credibility with the exact people you want.

iv.

Platform compliant

Copy and targeting written to survive Meta's rules for this category, so campaigns keep running.

Questions

Questions bookers ask us first.

Anything not covered here, bring it to the call. We would rather tell you it is a bad fit than sell you a campaign that will not work.

Almost always because the ad was pointed at a contact form instead of a screening form, so every click counted as a win and the campaign optimised for the wrong people. We set the campaign to count only applications that meet your criteria, which changes who the ads are shown to.

No, and nobody can. Meta has no such targeting option, and recruitment ads face further restrictions on age and location. The filtering has to happen in the creative and the form instead, which is precisely what we build.

Cost per qualified application, and the number of applicants your bookers invite to casting. We do not claim credit for signings. Who you sign is your judgement, and we would not presume to take a cut of it.

Never. Your budget goes straight to Meta and TikTok from your own ad account, so you can see every euro. We charge a flat monthly fee for the work.

Then tell us on the call and we will say so. Below a certain volume the maths does not work for either of us, and a one off casting campaign may be the honest answer instead of a retainer.

Start here

Tell us which board you need to fill.

Five quick questions, then we reply within 24 hours or you pick a time straight away. On the call we go through your criteria, your market and whether this is worth doing at all.
